Windsor, CO, May 21, 2007 - SOS Professional today announced that Vestas Wind Systems A/S, the world's leading producer of high-tech wind power systems, has selected SOS Professional as a provider of staffing and employment-related services for its new Windsor, Colorado production facility.

In late March Vestas announced its plans to establish its first US-based blade factory in the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor, Colorado. At full production, the plant will have capacity to generate approximately 1,200 blades per year and will employ more than 400 people.

The two-year contract gives SOS Professional the opportunity to recruit and place the personnel required to staff Vestas' entire production facility - from the core management team to blue-collar technical positions.

We are excited at the prospect of providing employment for hundreds of people and honored to aid the State of Colorado in its goal of becoming a leader in renewable energy."

SOS Professional's initial focus is assembling Vestas' core management team. A handful of Vestas employees are relocating to Colorado to fill select leadership roles. Management positions for which SOS Professional is currently recruiting include Production and Manufacturing Management and Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technology and Financial management roles.

"Vestas is serious about hiring the best of the best. They looked to us, the experts in recruiting, for help," said Mary Schilz-Lichter, SOS Professional Branch Manager and 17-year industry veteran. "We have already successfully placed the first member of Vestas' management team." By the end of 2008, there will be close to 450 full time, benefited positions at the Windsor facility.

Outside management and supervisory roles, the bulk of the positions for which SOS Professional will recruit include skilled blue-collar production and administrative support. The skilled blue-collar production positions offer training and start at approximately $30K per year, plus benefits.
